Except a few hundred professionals in my area and many students who have attended my classes, few know me outside of my world.
For thirty years working in the "marketing" even if 99% of the world, including my mother, do not even know what it is.
The most extraordinary thing is that the same level of ignorance also extends to the political elites and journalists. Not to mention ignorance and bias of the judiciary, the professions and even teachers. Yet three-quarters of what we spend all, ends up in the broad concept of marketing. And 'good or bad marketing that will pay the salaries of half the population of industrialized countries.
